Download the Bookit.ai app from the App Store or Google Play. Tap "Sign Up" and follow the prompts to create your account using your email or social login.
Yes! Bookit.ai is completely free for clients. For professionals, we offer a free Starter plan and premium plans with additional features.
Bookings
Search for a service or professional, select your preferred time slot, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation immediately.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel bookings through the app. Please note that some professionals have cancellation policies that may apply.
Yes, we send push notifications and optional SMS reminders before your appointment to help you remember.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Some professionals may also accept cash in person.
Refund policies vary by professional. If you're eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Account
Open the app, go to your profile, and tap "Edit Profile" to update your photo, name, and other information.
You can delete your account in Settings > Account > Delete Account. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
